Cancellation/Substitution Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to afranks@aahcdc.org or via fax to (202) 265-7514, no later than Monday, March 2, 2009. Registration fees, less a $70 administrative fee, will be refunded for any cancellations received by Monday, March 2, 2009. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after Monday, March 2, 2009. There are no refunds for registration forms received after Monday, March 2, 2009. There is no charge for substitutions, no-shows will not be refunded.
